Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing courses designed to accelerate your career, business, or help solve business problems. We at Emanthan Cyber Edu Research and Skills Foundation (“Emanthan” or “Company”) are committed to serving our customers better every day.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re taken care of, but from time to time, we may not be able to accommodate a refund.
This policy is applicable to all our products and services (“Courses/Programs”) except for specific programs such as the Entrepreneurs’ Launch Pad, Bounce Back, B2B Services, or any other event services.
(A) Refund of Advance/Token Money
When you (“Customer”) make a token/advance payment for a product or service (“Course”), you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of payment, no questions asked.
If the 30 days have passed, the advance payment/token money received by Emanthan can only be adjusted towards any product or service offered by the company. No refund will be made after 30 days of making an advance/token payment, and any advance payment will be forfeited by the company after 90 days.
(B) Full Refund
After invoicing for the product/services (or Course), anyone can claim a refund within 5 days of the invoice date.
After 5 days, you (“Customer”) can exchange the product or services for another course or product of equal or higher value within 30 days of the invoice date.
After 30 days have passed from the invoice date, no refund claims will be entertained.
